10 years after a Harry Potter actor was stabbed to death, the Medway director of a film festival in his name says it remains a fitting tribute.
18 year-old Rob Knox, who played Marcus Belby in the Half Blood Prince, was killed during a night out in Sidcup celebrating the end of filming.
