Why didn't Mayor Joe Ganim from Bridgeport let Raven in his office?

Yesterday STAR 99.9 got its very own day in Bridgeport, thanks to Mayor Joe Ganim! Anna and Raven both thought that they were going to be able to head into the Mayors Office, to sit in his chair.... but that was not to be. Why was that?
