Texts, emails and WhatsApp messages between senior DUP advisors and civil servants at the height of the cash for ash scandal have been revealed at the RHI Inquiry. It's given an unprecedented insight into the machinery of government, and the relationships between Special Advisers, spin doctors and civil servants. There were also big questions for the DUP leader Arlene Foster. The inquiry will have to decide whether an Arlene Foster assembly statement at the height of the scandal showed the "candour" which might have been expected.
