All is not well in the Tory Cabinet - and once again, Brexit is to blame. Theresa May is to meet senior ministers later today to try to resolve tensions over the UK's Brexit "backstop" plan. In the proposal, the UK would match EU tariffs temporarily in order to avoid a hard border in Ireland or a border in the Irish Sea. But Brexiteers - chief among them the Brexit secretary David Davis - are concerned that without a fixed end date the arrangement could continue indefinitely.
