Senator Landrieu on O&G production on federal lands

Senator Landrieu asks Secretary Salazar about the oil and gas production, which is "lower than it has ever been on federal lands," while recognizing that "we can't drill our way back to $2 gas" but asking for a more aggressive oil and gas production for job creation and energy indepenedence. She notes that the US is only leasing 2% of the "leasable" portion of the outer continental shelf (OCS).
