LISTEN: Chris Thomas from Live Well Kent says more people are opening up about mental health

One in seven people have been found living with depression or anxiety in Kent. A survey from patients registered with GPs revealed almost 14 per cent have at least one of the mental health conditions. However, it's just below the national average of 13.7%. Communications Officer for Live Well Kent, Chris Thomas, thinks despite the stigma, people are becoming more comfortable about talking about their mental health.
