An investigation into a Belfast care home has found a "horrific catalogue of inhuman and degrading treatment, with many spending their last few months living in appalling circumstances."   The investigation into Dunmurry Manor Care Home was carried out by the Commissioner for Older People in Northern Ireland. Many vulnerable patients living with dementia suffered what was described as "inhuman and degrading treatment, harm, physical and sexual assaults"
