LISTEN: Mum of two-year-old with only half a heart pays tribute to Demelza Hospice Care

It's the 20th anniversary of Demelza Hospice Care. The charity gives families respite by helping their young children who have life-threatening or life-limiting conditions. Driven by donations, the charity also arrange special family events. Kirsty Owens from Minster on Sea has two children, both with heart conditions - two-year-old daughter Ava-Lily, only has half a heart, and has been supported by Demelza.
