The RQIA - the body that regulates care in Northern Ireland - says they did nothing wrong in the Dunmurry Manor care home scandal. But this is what we know now from the Older Peoples Commissioner's report. Residents in Dunmurry were suffering from serious bed sores from December 2014 shortly after the home opened. There were a high number of safe guarding incidents from 2014 - things like physical assaults, a high number of unwitnessed falls leading to injury and there were serious sexual assaults as early as 2015. We're all over this story this morning. Stephen spoke to Paul, whose father was a resident of the home. Paul eventually removed from him from the home.
