"This can never happen again" - Commissioner for Older People blasts RQIA following Dunmurry Manor care home scandal

A war of words has erupted between the care home regulator and the Commissioner for Older People over the Dunmurry Manor care home scandal. The RQIA says it doesn't believe "there is any justification for the Commissioner's presentation of this finding and is concerned about the impact on residents and their families". But the Commissioner stands by his report. Stephen spoke to Eddie Lynch, Commissioner for Older People.
