Caller Roy says his seriously ill mother was left without dignity on trolley in corridor

Caller Roy said that there was no dignity for his seriously ill mother when she was left on a trolley in a corridor of the Ulster Hospital, where members of the public were walking past and able to see her and her visiting family.
