Arlene Foster defends her decision to go to a LGBT event – Rainbow project’s John O’Doherty reacts #BBCNolan

Its been a busy few days for Sinn Fein and the DUP.

DUP leader Arlene Foster has defended her decision to attend a Stormont event later this month to recognise the LGBT contribution to Northern Ireland.

That comes soon after Mrs Foster met with members of the Fermanagh GAA team ahead of their Championship final,

and attended an Islamic festival celebration, saying she wanted to "reach out the hand of friendship".
