The boss of Southeastern has admitted poor satisfaction ratings are 'a step backwards'. Only 75% of passengers were happy with the trains, according to a survey by the watchdog Transport Focus - that's the third from bottom score nationally. David Statham is the managing director of Southeastern and says they are working to improve services.
