RHI inquiry - DETI department officials gave companies like Moy park advance notice of the change in the green energy scheme's tariff

Another day of the RHI inquiry and another bad day for officials from the department of enterprise which oversaw the botched green energy scheme.  Yesterday the Inquiry heard how any of the most senior civil servants in the Stormont department were involved in watering down what ought to have been a blunt warning that the RHI scheme was out of control.
