LISTEN: Robert Kelsall from the National Association of Head Teachers says Kent's schools are at 'breaking point'

An emergency summit to discuss the impact of school funding cuts is to take place in Canterbury.  The National Association of Head Teachers are hosting the event - after it emerged more than 400 Kent schools will face funding cuts. According to the School Cuts website, schools are set to lose more than £21m by 2020. Robert Kelsall is the National Secretary for the group.
