A Kent woman who filmed herself having her first smear test says she hopes it'll stop other women from worrying about having it done.
Sophie Brandon posted the footage on facebook after a friend said how concerned she was about the procedure.
It's since had 6 and a half thousand views.
The 24 year-old from Ashford says she hopes it'll encourage others to have the cancer screening.
Women are invited to go for screening every three years - but recent stats show rates are at a 20 year low.
