Davyth Stewart: exploring REDD finance

Davyth Stewart - Global Witness - says that investment in REDD finance will only be effective if we simultaneously invest in governance structures to support REDD reforms and policies. But given the urgent need to halt deforestation Davyth also says we need moratoriums to halt harmful agro-business.
