Schools in Medway are hiring teachers from Australia - after 90 teaching positions were unfilled across the county at the start of the academic year.  The staff shortages led Greenacre Academy Trust's Chief Executive to travel as far as Sydney to recruit 8 teachers. A partnership's underway with a University in Melbourne to bring in trainee teachers for 3-weeks later this year.
