Young people in part of Kent who've achieved some incredible things are going to be celebrated tonight.
The first ever Medway Youth Awards have been designed to recognise work being done by 11 to 18 year-olds in their community and help inspire others.
Glen Scott from the Hit List is going to be hosting the awards tonight at Gillingham's Priestfield Stadium.
