Israel Veteran Soldier advises S Sudanese to promote nationalism

A veteran Israeli soldier who played an active role in the Anya-nya revolution is making an impassioned appeal to the country’s leaders to unite and overcome the differences for the sake of peace.
Gen. David Ben-Uziel made the comments as he shared his experience in Parliament yesterday.
81-year-old Uziel has authored a book titled ‘A Mossad Agent in Southern Sudan 1969-1971’ which recounts his experience in South Sudan.
Gen Uziel told Philip Wani that the people need to stand together at this critical time to restore the dignity of the country.
