Road ambushes and killings pose growing security threats in Amadi

At least two women including a pregnant mother were killed last month along the Maridi Mundri road and a Somali trader was killed three weeks ago between Lui and Lanyi.
Just last week 9 people were attacked - Four of them were killed between Lui and Mundri.
This spate of attacks and ambushes continue to pose growing security threats in Amadi state.
Amadi state governor, Joseph Ngere Paciko, spoke to Felix Katie and explained the strategy the state is putting in place to control insecurity and protect the citizens and their properties.
