In the first hour the guys talk about getting fit and getting in a run after work. Later in the hour they tell a story about a dude who lost his car and had to walk to work and the owner of his job finds out and gifts him a car. The guys also talk about favorite seafood to eat and places they like to eat. They also talk a little about Carmelo Anthony being traded from OKC to the Hawks.
