Four years after he first came up with the idea, a Kent theater and film director has told kmfm he's finally hoping to make a movie about his comedy hero...
Paul Hendy - who produces the panto at Canterbury's Marlow Theatre and lives near Sandwich - has filmed a 3 minute teaser to Mr Sunshine which'll tell the story of Eric Morecambe:.
Dozens of volunteers took part in the shoot at the Theatre Royal in Margate.
It's now hoped investors will now come forward so the full film can be made.
