Should children as young as ten years old face the prospect of a criminal record in Northern Ireland? If a child is caught committing a crime should they face the full wrath of the courts if they're over ten years old? Well, that's the law as it stands. But one local charity says that should change. Include Youth says that a report showing that over 1000 children have been given criminal records over the past 5 years is extremely concerning.  The charity says it is further evidence of the need to raise the age of criminal responsibility.  Commentators Brian Pelan and Simon Warr discuss
