Two thirds of us suffer pain because of lack of movement, according to the Global Pain Index. The pain negatively impacts wellbeing, career and even our love life. Apparently we sit too much - the average person sitting 9 hours a day. And what are they recommending to fix it? YOGA! Even 2 minutes a day.  Gary Milligan from Fitness Belfast joins us
