Do you ever think about how much time you spend on your phone? According to a report from media regulator Ofcom on average we spend 2 hours 28 minutes per day. Two thirds of adults now consider the internet an essential part of their life. How important is your phone to you? Do you worry how much you use it? Could you give it up?
