Dreadful historic abuse of elderly people had been going on in the dementia care home in north belfast over a number of years. Over two months ago the Department of Health announced a review into the failings of the home. Well, we can reveal this morning that the terms of reference of that review have yet to be set. The Department of Health has told us that as "a result of this no date has been set for publishing the review team's findings."
