We hear many stories about mental health and addiction but how easy is it to get the help that you need? James is a 27 year old former Royal Marine Commando from Northern Ireland who fought in Afghanistan. After he left the army he suffered PTSD, mental health and addiction problems even spending time in prison. Now he is trying to get his life back on track.
