An ex-gang member has claimed children as young as 10 are recruited to deal drugs in Kent.

Francis Osei-Appiah, Head of charity, Reform Restore Respect, believes it's been an issue for as many as 7 years.

He says London families whose children have been involved in gangs are moved into Kent - but retain their connection to them because of living so close.

Francis thinks these gangs go under the radar. He suggests Met Police officers should work in Kent to identify them.
