Tamil Nadu has topped in terms of value of banking-related crimes so far this financial year. The data was revealed on the last day of the monsoon session of Parliament. The data was presented by the finance minister of the state Shiv Pratap Shukla in reply to a question on ATM robberies. The Minister said specific data on incidents of ATM robberies was not available. 7 incidents were reported in Tamil Nadu, but the value was higher when compared to other states, which is around 8.24 crore.
