How much would you pay for a pint? £4.50 maybe even £5? How about £8? That is the price of a pint of beer in the Observatory on the 23rd floor of Hastings' swish new Grand Central Hotel on Bedford Street. The bar claims it's the "most spectacular and luxurious of liquor lounges" with "never-before-seen views of Belfast and beyond".
