A cross-community ceremony was held yesterday in Omagh ahead of the 20th Anniversary of the Omagh bomb.
29 people - including a woman pregnant with twins - died in the 1998 Real IRA attack on the County Tyrone town.
Kevin Skelton, who lost his wife that day, has expressed his anger that there "is no strategy to deal with the victims."
