Eco-friendly open-air urinals cause uproar in Paris - would you like to see them here? @Reelmammy and @PaulMartin debate

Paris has just introduced bright red eco friendly urinal boxes. They look a little bit like litter bins. And they have this little floral bed thing on top which is fertilised by the wee. Citizens of Paris aren't all thrilled by them. But then again, with many of our own towns and cities have hardly any public toilets at all. Would you like to see something like that here?
