Thursday night preseason recaps, tonight's previews, injury updates, and more...

Episode 568,   Aug 17, 2018, 01:27 PM

Scott Engel and George Kurtz finish out the week looking back at last night's NFL preseason action. The Redskins got hit with another injury, this time being Samaje Pernine, and the guys question the severity, as well as if the Washington backfield has any place in fantasy draft boards. Looking at the Jets, Scott says Sam Darnold came back to earth, but still looks like a solid quarterback, but George and Scott do not like the running of Bilal Powell. In the Super Bowl rematch between the Eagles and Patriots, the guys look at the severity of the injury to Nick Foles, and if Tom Brady is still a top fantasy quarterback. Looking at the Falcons, Scott and George think it's time to unleash Calvin Ridley. Looking ahead to the Giants and Lions, the guys like the return of Odell Beckham, but question if Saquon Barkley can be pushed ahead of Leveon Bell and Ezekiel Elliott.
