Khartoum Peace Deal UPDATE: Parties Make progress, but hit deadlock on powers of First Vice President

Parties to the conflicts in South Sudan have made some progress in the ongoing negotiation in Khartoum,

Speaking to Radio Miraya this evening from Khartoum,  the Chairperson of the People’s Liberal Party Peter Mayen said, the parties have agreed on the names of the five ministries to be created. 

He however says there was a deadlock on the powers of the First Vice President.
