Learning Vocabulary: At the gym

In this week's Premier Skills English Podcast, Rich goes to a gym for the first time and talks about the experience. In the roleplay, Jack is a gym instructor and Rich is trying out some of the equipment. The language focus is on the words and phrases we use when talking about exercise and fitness.
