SPLM-IO and Opposition alliance refuse to sign latest peace deal

The main opposition party, led by Dr Riak Machar, and the South Sudan Opposition Alliance have refused to sign the latest draft peace deal with government on grounds that some of their demands have not been guaranteed.
Sudan’s foreign Minister Al-Dirdiri Mohamed, told reporters in Khartoum Tuesday afternoon that the two parties are demanding guarantees over their reservations about the deal.
