One in four adults worldwide doesn't get enough exercise, putting "more than 1.4 billion adults at risk of developing or exacerbating diseases linked to inactivity," a new study says.
The study, which was conducted by researchers from the World Health Organization (WHO) and published in The Lancet Global Health, found that 27.5% of people across the globe do not meet the WHO's physical activity guidelines of 75 minutes of vigorous exercise or 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week.
