A prison reform charity says all large women's jails in England should close.

Rates of self harm are five times higher in women's prisons and the Howard League for Penal Reform thinks many could be better treated and rehabilitated in the community.

Three inmates died at at separate sites across the country last month, including one at HMP Foston Hall in Derbyshire.
