A petition's been launched calling for all funeral directors in the UK to be regulated after a man was forced to steal his mother-in-law's body after a firm in Medway ceased trading.

At the moment, you don't legally have to hold a formal qualification to become a funeral director or belong to a trade association.

Andrea Button runs a firm in Chatham and says things need to change.
