A company has become the first in Kent to bring in a four day working week.

Reflect Digital in Maidstone say they're doing it to improve staff wellbeing and the work-life balance.

Workers will still have to do their normal amount of hours but can take either Fridays or Mondays off.

Studies suggest working fewer days in the week lowers stress levels and decreases staff turnover.
