£6 in, 60p a spirit, 60p a mixer. A cheap night out or a recipe for drunken disaster? The Belfast Telegraph reports this morning on how a Belfast nightclub has come under fire from city councillors concerned at mega-cheap booze prices aimed at students during Freshers' Week. Yesterday on the Nolan Show we reported on havoc in the Holylands student area in South Belfast, with drunken young people partying into the night. Stephen spoke to the nightclub's owner Patrick Fegan, director of Fourteen Belfast, the commentator and former pub owner Tina Calder, independent councillor Declan Boyle who represents the Holylands area in South Belfast and 19 year old Thomas Copeland who lives in South Belfast.
