Young Indian, a non-profit organization that runs the 'National Herald ' with its major stakeholders like Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Sam Pitroda, Suman Dubey, Oscar Fernandez and Motilal Vora has been accused of being acquired by the AJL Ltd. with a mere price of Rs.90 Crores which is estimated to have a market value of Rs. 500 Crores. A case of misrepresentation, misappropriation, criminal breach of Trust and Cheating was filed by BJP MP Subramanian Swamy in the Delhi High Court.
