A public inquiry is getting underway to examine the contaminated blood scandal in which nearly 3,000 NHS patients died.
They were given blood products infected with Hepatitis and HIV in the late seventies and early eighties.
Tim Wratten's dad Peter contracted Hepatitis C when he was given contaminated blood in 1984 - he died in 2011 aged 54.
