Traders Count Losses after UN Labeled Food is Siezed in Rumbek

Traders in Rumbek town, Western Lakes are counting their losses after authorities raided their shops and confiscated sacks of food items bearing the UN logos.

This comes just a week after the Mayor issued a local order banning the sale of food bearing the United Nations logo.

One of the traders only identified as Anau Mading Chol, says he lost one hundred and twenty bags of maize worth 780 - thousand South Sudanese pounds.

He explains;
