A young mum seriously sick with cancer but denied the new disability living allowance. Her father, Tom, speaks out on her behalf

Disability Living Allowance is changing to Personal Independence Payment or PIP. As a result, more than 100,000 people in Northern Ireland are being reassessed, and new applicants assessed for the first time. Including 28 year old mum Roisin McWilliams. Roisin was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on Christmas Day. She underwent a PIP assessment, but despite having Hodgkin lymphoma, was been turned down. Her dad Tom, spoke to Stephen this morning.
