Akshay Ruparelia is the founder of doorsteps.co.uk, an online estate agency business that was recently valued at £12m.

In addition to becoming Britain's youngest millionaire at age 19, this year Akshay was the youngest person to be featured on The Sunday Times' Rich List 2018.

In the interview with Will Theile, Akshay - who grew up with two deaf parents - speaks about founding the company, how he grew the business, and Doorstep's current Crowdcube campaign.
