Europe lead USA 5-3 after a tremendous first day’s play at Le Golf National in Paris.

Jim Furyk’s United States team took the opening session of Ryder Cup 2018 by 3 points to 1 after an eventful morning’s fourballs.

But then Thomas Bjorn’s Europe dominated Friday afternoon, earning maximum points from the foursomes.
