If you're struggling to get a doctor's appointment on a week day you can now book one for an evening or weekend.

From today, they're being offered by all GP surgeries to make them more accessible.

Doctor Vijay Koshal from the West Kent health GP federation says it shouldn't overstretch staff too much.

However recent trials show a quarter of these appointment times aren't being taken up.
