No pooches on pitches - Cardiff council in move to keep dogs off sports fields which could see owners fined

Cardiff council have announced plans to bring in a public space protection order (PSPO) against dog owners using marked pitches. It means dog walkers could face on the spot fines of up to £100 if dogs are spotted on marked sports pitches as well as childrens' play areas and school grounds. But what do you think?
